All students must complete the entire program before taking the final exam. You will have 6 months to complete the course and final exam. Upon successfully passing the final exam with a score of at least 80%, SureSellNow.com will mail you the appropriate class 12 or 13 permit and report the permit information to WSLCB, all within 30 days. Students aged 18-20 years will receive a Class 13 Server Permit. Students 21 years and older will receive a Class 12 Mixologist Permit. Contact us once you have turned 21 to receive an upgrade. Upgrading from a Class 13 to a Class 12 is free. Replacement permit cost is $5.00.

If you are six (6) or more months behind on court ordered child support payments, the Washington State Liquor and Cannabis Board (WSLCB) may suspend your MAST Permit with the authorization of the Department of Social and Health Services (DSHS). Contact DSHS or WSLCB if you have any questions.

As the person enrolled in this Training Program, I agree under penalty of perjury, that I am the same person who enrolled and will be completing the program. I will be taking the course final exam on my own without any assistance from another person or resource. I agree that I will take the final exam on my own as a 'closed-book' test. I agree not to copy or distribute the final exam questions in any fashion.

As the person enrolled in this training program, I understand that I may access the final exam only one time. There is no time limit on completing the final exam, but the exam must be completed in one session. If the exam times-out from no activity for 30 minutes, the entire course will have to be retaken before the final exam can be taken. If I do not pass the final exam with the 80% required passing grade, I will need to take the entire course again before retaking the final exam.

WSLCB has certified this MAST course based on the Washington Administrative Code 314-17 and any other information on this website that is not a part of the MAST course may not have been certified by WSLCB.

I understand that I am not to consume alcohol or be under the influence of intoxicants while taking this course.

All students are required to provide information for permit issuance, including their social security number during registration in accordance with RCW 66.20.320 (2) and RCW 26.23.150. This policy is in place to assist in federal and state child support enforcement law. If you have any questions regarding this policy, please contact the WSLCB MAST Program at mast@lcb.wa.gov.

Refund Policy. For a period of thirty (30) days after the purchase of any product through this website, the purchaser may receive a full or partial refund so long as all the following provisions are met:

- The program or course is less than 50% completed.
- No permit or certification has been issued for completion of the course.
Students can terminate their enrollment by simply not clicking the 'I Agree' button below. If you purchase the course and need to withdraw from this training program for any reason* (refer to #9 for our refund policy), please contact us at support@suresellnow.com.

Once the course is completed and the final exam is passed, the course materials are available to view and print from your account under the 'My Courses' tab.
